Features

you want to hear it from a dashboard before you hear it from a customer. here’s how.

Six capabilities, each shown on the screen where you’ll actually use it. Every figure in every picture below comes from the same fictional workspace, Dunmore, so the totals agree with each other.

Oracle is $0. Prophet is $69 a month. Pantheon is $529.

it compares tuesday with the last four tuesdays

Kassandra holds each funnel step against the same hour on the same weekday for the previous four weeks. A Sunday trough isn’t an incident. A 9.5-point slide in paid conversion at 14:20 on a Tuesday is.

The alert names the step, the likely cause, and the accounts that were mid-checkout when it happened.

In your weekGoes to Slack the moment it trips. Quiet hours keep 03:00 for sleeping.

42 chart types, one set of totals

Drag a chart onto the grid, point it at a connected table, and it draws itself in about two seconds. Resize from the corner handle. Pie charts exist, but they’re 38th in the list.

Dashboard totals and funnel-page totals read from the same place, so nobody has to explain why 6,127 became 6,098.

In your weekBuild Growth weekly once on Thursday, and it’s already current on Monday.

a monday note that opens with one sentence

Pick PDF, Slack or both, then a time: Monday, 08:00 UTC. The digest leads with what changed in a single sentence, then shows the three charts that explain it.

Recipients can mute any section they don’t care about. Nobody can mute the sentence.

In your weekReplaces the Thursday-afternoon spreadsheet. Finance gets the PDF, growth gets the Slack post.

week-five retention, in a full sentence

Each signup cohort is projected six weeks out. Forecast cells are dashed and carry a range, so you can see what’s measured and what’s guessed.

Then the model says why, in words: the Oct 19 cohort will settle near 28% because fewer of its members built a second dashboard in week one. No Greek letters.

In your weekPaste the explanation into the board update. It reads as written by a person.

17 accounts flagged, and the reason next to each

The churn model scores every account from 0 to 100 and lists what moved the score: days since last login, seats dropped, a failed card, an export that nobody opened.

Select a few rows, and the bulk bar lets you assign the follow-up or open a ticket without leaving the list.

In your weekCustomer success starts Wednesday with the list already sorted by MRR at risk.

Security

read-only credentials, and a log of who looked

Kassandra reads your data. It doesn’t write to it, so the credentials you hand over can’t change a row.

  • read-only connectorsPostgres, Stripe, Snowflake and HubSpot each ask for a read-only role. Nothing else is accepted.
  • encrypted in transit and at restTLS on every connection, encrypted storage for synced tables and report files.
  • sso and roles on pantheonSign in through your identity provider. Viewers see dashboards; admins see connectors.

Reliability

what happens when a source goes quiet

Funnels break upstream more often than they break in Kassandra. The product is built to tell you which it was.

SituationWhat Kassandra doesWhere you see it
a source stops syncingMarks it stale after 15 minutes and suppresses alerts that depend on it.Connectors page

Integrations

four places data comes from, eight places it goes

Sources feed the funnel. Tools receive the alert, with the context attached.

  • GitHubDeploys marked on every chart
  • DatadogIncidents overlaid on drop-offs
  • AirtableBases usable as data sources
  • JiraOpen a ticket from an alert
  • AsanaAssign the follow-up task
  • CalendlyBooked calls as a funnel step
  • Google DrivePDF digests filed by week
  • GitLabReleases marked next to dips

you’ve seen the six screens. the seventh is yours.

Oracle costs $0 and watches three data sources. Prophet costs $69 and watches fifteen. Pantheon costs $529 and stops counting.
